Login issues

Forgot password, expired session, reset flow.

Common login issues and their fixes:

  • Forgot password — reset from the sign-in screen; a secure link goes to your registered email.
  • Wrong password too many times — wait a minute and try again, or reset.
  • Expired session — sign in again; the app remembers your last URL.
  • 2FA code rejected — check your device clock; TOTP is time-sensitive.
