Saudaflow is sold through a short call — we set up your workspace, your projects and your team with you. No card, no self-serve signup.

Why SaudaFlow

Why choose SaudaFlow over the other real estate CRMs in India

Six differences, and every one of them is checkable in the next ten minutes without talking to us. The price is on the pricing page. The caller ID runs on an Android phone you can download today. The WhatsApp invoice comes to you from Meta, because the account is yours. We have written this page so you can verify it rather than believe it.

A real 20-minute walkthrough with your own projects on screen. No card, no self-serve signup — we set the workspace up with you.

Caller ID naming the lead before pickup, a portal lead landing deduped, a cost sheet going out on WhatsApp — the three things this page argues about, running.

How to check every claim on this page in ten minutes

We would rather you tested this than trusted it. Nothing below needs an account, an email address or a conversation with us.

  1. 01

    Open the pricing page

Both tiers, in rupees, per seat, monthly and yearly, with GST stated. ₹899/seat/month or ₹809 billed yearly on Team. No "contact us for pricing" anywhere.

  2. 02

    Download the Android app

Straight from our server, no Play Store gate. Ring the number you registered with and watch the caller-ID banner name the lead with the app closed.

  3. 03

Check who bills you for WhatsApp

Meta publishes its conversation rates. Ours is the same number, because your WhatsApp Business Account is yours and Meta invoices you directly — there is no line for us to sit on. Ask any vendor you are comparing us with to say the same sentence.

  4. 04

Ask us the awkward question on the call

What happens to your data if you leave. Which certifications we do not hold. What the AI voice agent actually costs to run. We answer on the call rather than after the contract.

The price is on the website, in rupees, with no quote gate

Almost nobody in this category publishes a number. You fill in a form, you get a call, you get a price that depends on how eager you sounded. That is not a pricing strategy, it is a negotiation strategy, and it is aimed at you.

SaudaFlow publishes both tiers on the pricing page: ₹799 per seat per month on Solo, ₹899 per seat per month on Team, or ₹809 per seat per month if you pay yearly. 18% GST on top, stated plainly. A ten-seat agency can do the arithmetic before anyone from SaudaFlow knows they exist.

The demo call is still how you buy — there is no self-serve signup, deliberately, because a workspace set up by a person on a call works and a workspace set up by a stranger at midnight usually does not. But the price you are quoted on that call is the price on the website. Nobody has ever been quoted a different one.

  • Two tiers, published, in ₹ — no seat-band maths and no hidden "platform fee"
  • GST shown as a separate line, so the number your CA needs is the number you see
  • No setup fee, no implementation fee, no charge for adding a project
  • Annual is cheaper and says so; monthly is not punished with a surcharge

WhatsApp is where the deal happens, so it lives inside the record

In Indian real estate the buyer answers WhatsApp and ignores email. Everyone knows this. What most CRMs do about it is bolt on an integration that fires template messages out and never reads anything back, which means the actual negotiation — the price the buyer pushed back on, the floor they wanted, the date their loan clears — stays in a personal chat on one agent phone.

When that agent leaves, the deal leaves with them. That is the single most expensive failure mode in a property sales business, and it is a data-architecture problem, not a discipline problem.

SaudaFlow puts the thread inside the lead. Inbound and outbound, searchable, attached to the record, visible to the manager who needs it and the person covering on a Sunday. DLT-registered templates for the first touch, the 24-hour window handled properly, and disclosures in the language the buyer chose rather than hardcoded English.

Caller ID that names the lead before you say hello — on Android

A number rings. You have four seconds to decide whether this is Priya from the Thane site visit or a courier. Get it wrong and the first thirty seconds of the call are spent asking who you are speaking to.

The SaudaFlow Android app drops a banner over whatever is on screen with the lead name, the project they enquired about, the stage they are at and the last thing that happened. It works with the app closed, because it is a proper Android service and not a screen you have to open first.

We are careful about the other half of this: iOS does not expose call logs and never will. On iPhone you get the CRM, the WhatsApp thread, the site visits and the cost sheets, but you do not get caller ID, and anyone who tells you otherwise is describing something that cannot exist. We would rather lose the sale than promise it.

  • Banner over any app, with the app closed — lead name, project, stage, last activity
  • Calls logged against the record automatically, so nobody has to remember to log one
  • TRAI-compliant recording disclosure in the tenant-chosen language, played before recording starts
  • Android only, stated up front, because iOS cannot do it

The cost sheet is right the first time — floor rise, PLC, GST and all

A buyer asks what the 3BHK on the eleventh floor costs. The honest answer is never the headline rate. It is the base price on saleable area, plus floor rise that steps every few storeys, plus PLC for the east-facing corner, plus parking, club and corpus, plus GST at whatever rate that project's status attracts, plus stamp duty and registration at your state's figure.

What normally happens is an agent doing that arithmetic in a WhatsApp reply at ten at night, from a spreadsheet with last quarter's rate card in it. Two versions of the same flat go out to two buyers in the same week, and the one that is wrong is the one that gets forwarded.

Rate cards are held per project and per tower, with effective dates, because towers in the same project genuinely differ on base rate and floor-rise slabs. GST is applied at the rate that fits the project: 5% without input tax credit on under-construction, 1% on affordable housing, and nothing at all on a completed unit with an occupancy certificate. The sheet goes out as a branded PDF on WhatsApp in two taps.

  • Base, floor rise, PLC, parking, club and corpus in one break-up, for the exact unit
  • GST at the rate the project's status actually attracts, not one hardcoded number
  • Stamp duty and registration at your state's rates, plus the payment schedule the buyer will pay against
  • A mid-quarter price revision applies to new sheets without rewriting the ones already sent

We are not in the payment path for your messages

There is a standard way to sell WhatsApp inside a CRM: the vendor becomes a Business Solution Provider or partners with one, buys conversations from Meta wholesale, and resells them to you with a margin folded into the per-message price. It is a legitimate model. It is not ours, and the difference is structural rather than a pledge.

Your WhatsApp runs on your own Meta WhatsApp Business Account and your SMS on your own MSG91 account with your own DLT sender IDs. SaudaFlow sends through your credentials, so Meta and MSG91 invoice you directly at their published rates. There is no line for us to take a cut of, which means there is nothing to promise not to mark up. The number also stays yours if you ever leave.

The honest exception is the AI voice agent. The phone line, the speech recognition and the model behind it sit on SaudaFlow's accounts, so that one genuinely is a resale — and the published rate is what it costs us to run: ₹2.40 per connected minute, with 100 dials per seat per month already inside your plan before any meter starts. Ring time is free and the clock runs in 15-second pulses rather than rounded-up minutes. A buyer who finds a metered line after signing has found a hidden charge; a buyer who reads the rate on the pricing page has been told the truth.

  • Meta Cloud API direct on your own Business Account — no Business Solution Provider in between
  • SMS on your own MSG91 account and your own DLT registration, invoiced by them
  • AI voice published at cost: ₹2.40 a connected minute, 100 dials per seat included
  • So the invoice is seats × seat rate plus 18% GST, and nothing else unless you outrun the included dials

Setup is minutes, and a person does it with you

The reason CRM projects die in Indian SMBs is not the software. It is month three, when half the team is on the CRM and half is still on the WhatsApp group, and the data in both is wrong.

So the workspace is created by an operator during the demo call, with your real project and tower names in it. Adding a lead, moving a stage and sharing a cost sheet all work before the call ends. There is no implementation phase, no consultant, and no six-week statement of work.

The mobile app is offline-first, because basement parking at a site visit has no signal and a CRM that needs four bars is a CRM your field team will stop opening. The pipeline holds sixty frames on a mid-range Android phone, because that is the phone your team actually has.

  • Workspace provisioned on the call, with your projects in it, by a human
  • Excel import handled with you rather than handed to you as a template
  • Offline-first mobile app — check-ins queue and sync when signal returns
  • No implementation fee and no minimum contract length dressed up as an onboarding package

The questions people actually ask when comparing

How do I get started?

On a call, and that is deliberate. There is no self-serve signup. A workspace is provisioned by a person after a demo call, at the tier and seat count you agreed on that call, and it is paid from day one. The reason is that a CRM handed to a stranger at midnight with an empty database gets abandoned by Tuesday, and we would rather set it up with you than count you as a signup and never hear from you again.

What does it cost, really?

Exactly what the pricing page says. ₹799 per seat per month on Solo, ₹899 per seat per month on Team, or ₹809 per seat per month billed yearly, plus 18% GST. No setup fee, no implementation fee, no charge per project. Custom builds are scoped and quoted on a call because they genuinely differ.

Does caller ID work on iPhone?

No. iOS does not expose the call log to third-party apps and Apple has given no indication it ever will. On iPhone you get the full CRM, WhatsApp threads, site visits, cost sheets and reports, but calls have to be logged from inside the app rather than detected automatically. Any vendor promising you iPhone caller ID is describing something the platform does not permit.

Can I get my data out if I leave?

Yes, whenever you want, in a format you can open, and there is a 30-day export window after termination. Leaving is a supported operation with a documented process, not a retention tactic. If your procurement process needs the full posture in writing — where the data sits, who can reach it and what gets logged — that is on the security page, and we answer vendor questionnaires directly rather than pointing you at a portal.

We already use another CRM. How hard is moving?

It depends on how messy your data is, which we will look at honestly on the call rather than promising a number here. What we can commit to: the workspace is set up during that call with your real project names, the Excel import is done with you rather than handed to you, and there is no implementation fee for either.

Why should I believe a page written by the vendor?

You should not, which is why every claim on it is checkable without us. The price is on a public page. The Android app is downloadable now and either names your caller or does not. The DPA and privacy policy are published in full. If any of it turns out to be untrue, none of the rest is worth reading.

Bring your hardest comparison question to the call

Twenty minutes, your own projects on screen, and an honest answer about where SaudaFlow is weaker than the alternative you are considering. No card, no signup form.
