Terms of service

SaudaFlow is a customer-relationship-management platform for Indian real-estate businesses and other pipeline-driven SMBs: lead capture, pipeline, site-visit tracking, WhatsApp and telephony workflows, documents, and reporting. Features evolve; we will not materially degrade the core service you subscribed to during a paid term.

• SaudaFlow is for business use. You confirm you are entering this agreement for a firm, not as a consumer.
• The workspace owner administers seats, roles and integrations, and is responsible for the actions of the workspace’s users.
• Keep credentials confidential. Seats are per person; sharing one login across people is a breach of these terms.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your billing details, including GSTIN.

• Plans are priced by seat count: Starter at ₹799 per seat per month for one to ten seats (₹639 per seat per month billed annually); Growth at ₹899 per seat per month for eleven to thirty seats (₹719 per seat per month billed annually); and Enterprise at ₹1,199 per seat per month, subject to a minimum of thirty seats and offered on an annual billing term only. Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST; 18% GST is added to every invoice, with our GSTIN stated and place-of-supply rules respected. There are no setup fees.
• The one usage-based charge: every seat includes 100 AI voice dials per billing cycle. Beyond that, connected call time is charged at ₹2.40 per connected minute, billed in 15-second pulses with ring time free, and drawn from a prepaid balance you top up in advance — so no metered usage can be incurred without funds already on the account. WhatsApp conversations and SMS are billed to you directly by Meta and by your SMS provider on your own accounts; we are not in that payment path and do not invoice for them.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• SaudaFlow is not sold self-serve. A workspace is created by us after a demo call, and a paid subscription begins on the date the workspace is made available to you.
• Fee changes take effect from your next renewal, with at least 30 days’ notice.
• Except where a statute requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started; cancelling stops the next renewal. On an annual term — which is the only term Enterprise is offered on — the billing period is the full twelve months.

• You own your data. Everything your firm stores in SaudaFlow — leads, buyers, documents, call logs — is yours. We claim no rights in it beyond what is needed to run the service for you.
• We process it as your Data Processor under the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms.
• Your data is stored in the Mumbai region, encrypted at rest. SaudaFlow staff have no standing access to it; any staff access is audit-logged and visible to you.
• You can export your full data at any time from the product. No exit fees, no lock-in.
• You warrant that you have the lawful basis — including DPDP Act 2023 consent where required — for every piece of personal data you upload, and that your outreach through SaudaFlow complies with TRAI and DLT requirements.

Use of the service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Breach of the AUP is breach of these terms and can lead to suspension or termination under Section 9.

• We operate the service with commercially reasonable skill and care and publish live health at status.saudaflow.in.
• Planned maintenance is scheduled outside Indian business hours where practicable.
• Support is provided over email and in-product chat, 10 AM to 10 PM IST (support@saudaflow.in).
• The service is provided “as is”; we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and no separate SLA credits apply unless agreed in writing.

The SaudaFlow software, brand and site are AB Corp’s. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business during your subscription. Feedback you volunteer may be used to improve the product without obligation to you — your data itself is never “feedback”.

• Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.
• Our total aggregate liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, or your statutory rights under the DPDP Act 2023.
• You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from data you had no right to process or use of the service in breach of law or the AUP.

• These terms run while you hold a workspace. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• We may suspend a workspace for non-payment, for a material AUP breach, or where the law requires — with notice and a chance to cure wherever the situation allows it.
• After termination you have a 30-day window to export your data. After the window we delete tenant data from live systems, subject only to the retention floors described in the Privacy Policy (statutory records, audit logs, and the DPDP Rule 8(3) one-year floor where it applies).

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory statute, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. Before litigating, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith through support@saudaflow.in.

We may update these terms with a new effective date. Material changes are notified to workspace owners by email at least 30 days before they apply; continued use after that date is acceptance.
