Comparisons

How SaudaFlow compares, written honestly.

Six head-to-head pages against the products Indian property firms actually shortlist, plus the one they are really running on: a spreadsheet and a WhatsApp group. Each page uses the same five capabilities, states which product has the advantage on every row, and puts the section on where the other product is stronger before the section on where we are.

Everything we say about a competitor comes from their own public pricing and feature pages, read in May 2026. Every price carries a “~”, because published rates move, vary by tier and get discounted on a call. Where a vendor does not publish a rate, we say so instead of guessing. If a row is wrong, email support@saudaflow.in and we correct it in place rather than quietly deleting it.

The three capabilities the tables argue about most — caller ID naming a lead before pickup, a lead landing deduped, a cost sheet going out on WhatsApp.

How these pages are written, and what would make us change one

Four rules govern every comparison on this site. Nothing about a competitor is stated unless it is on their own public pricing or feature pages. No competitor price is written as a fact — every one carries a “~” and the May 2026 dateline, because rate cards move and enterprise pricing is negotiated. No competitor is disparaged; “via a BSP” and “not stated publicly” are neutral descriptions of an architecture and of what we could find, not accusations. And every page carries the same four things SaudaFlow is not, because a page that lists a rival’s weaknesses and none of its own is an advertisement wearing a comparison’s clothes.

We will be wrong about some of this. These products ship changes weekly, feature pages get rewritten, and prices move without an announcement. When that happens the fix is a correction on the page, not a quiet deletion — mail support@saudaflow.in with what is wrong and, if you have it, the link that shows it. That includes the vendors themselves; if you work at one of the five companies named here and we have misread your product, we would rather hear it from you than from a buyer.

What none of these pages will do is tell you which product to buy. That depends on how much of your business is property, how many people touch a lead, whether anyone in the firm will administer software, and what your data-residency obligations look like. Each page ends with two verdict cards, and on five of the six one of those cards recommends the other product without hedging.

Questions people ask before they shortlist

What is the best real estate CRM in India?

There is no single best one, because the right answer depends on how much of the business is property and how many people touch a lead. Sell.Do and SaudaFlow are built for real estate specifically; LeadSquared and Zoho CRM are general platforms configured for it; TeleCRM is strongest where tele-calling volume is the whole job; PropertyPistol combines a CRM with a channel-partner distribution network. A firm of two to fifty people selling residential property in India, working leads mostly over WhatsApp and phone, should shortlist the real-estate-specific tools first, because the alternative is paying a consultant to rebuild units, towers, cost sheets and brokerage as custom modules.

How much does a real estate CRM cost in India?

Published per-seat rates for Indian real-estate CRMs generally sit between roughly ₹500 and ₹2,000 per user per month, and several vendors do not publish a rate at all. SaudaFlow is ₹799 per seat a month on Starter (one to ten seats) and ₹899 on Growth (eleven to thirty), or ₹639 and ₹719 per seat billed annually; Enterprise is ₹1,199 a seat from thirty seats up, custom-scoped and billed annually. Every rate is plus 18% GST, with no setup fee. The number that actually decides the budget is usually not the seat rate: enterprise platforms add a one-off implementation cost, and WhatsApp routed through a BSP reseller adds a per-message markup on top of Meta's own conversation charge.

Do I need a real estate CRM, or is Excel enough?

A spreadsheet is genuinely adequate below roughly thirty live leads handled by one person. Above that the costs are real but invisible: the same buyer enquiring through two portals becomes two rows, nobody can see which lead has been sitting untouched for nine days, there is no record of who spoke to whom, and attribution to a marketing spend is guesswork. There is also a legal exposure that did not exist before — a spreadsheet of buyers' names and phone numbers on a personal laptop is personal data under the DPDP Act 2023, with no access control and no audit trail.

Which real estate CRM works best with WhatsApp in India?

The distinction that matters is whether the CRM connects to Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API directly or resells it through a BSP. Direct means the customer holds their own Meta account and pays Meta's conversation rate; through a BSP means a per-message markup on top, and template approvals routed through a third party. SaudaFlow runs on the Cloud API directly with no reseller in the path. Several Indian CRMs are BSP-routed, which is a business-model difference rather than a capability one, and it shows up in the monthly bill rather than in a feature list.

Can any CRM log calls automatically on an iPhone?

No. Apple does not expose the call log to third-party applications on iOS, so no CRM from any vendor can sync iPhone calls automatically, and a vendor claiming otherwise is describing something else — usually click-to-call or a manual log button. Automatic call logging and ring-time caller ID are Android capabilities. For an Indian property desk this is usually decisive, because the agents in the field are overwhelmingly on Android and the automatic log is the feature that stops the CRM going stale.
