Call from inside the CRM. TRAI-compliant recording.

Call directly from a lead drawer. The CallerID layer (sf_p307) recognizes inbound calls and pops the right lead.

Recording

Recording is opt-in per call. Before recording starts, your tenant-language TRAI disclosure plays for the buyer. Recordings are filed against the deal, encrypted at rest in the Mumbai region.

Hardcoded English disclosures are TRAI non-compliant. The disclosure plays in en/hi/mr/ta/te/kn based on tenant preference.
