Saudaflow is sold through a short call — we set up your workspace, your projects and your team with you. No card, no self-serve signup.

Company

Sixty people in Mumbai, building for a market we can phone.

SaudaFlow is built and operated by AB Corp from Mumbai. We make software for Indian real estate firms — builders, channel partners and agencies — and we are close enough to that market to know when we have got something wrong, usually because somebody phones and tells us.

Sixty people work here. It started as four, building the first version for a gap the founder had spent years living on both sides of. We publish that number because you reasonably want it before you sign something; we do not publish funding, valuation or a customer count, because those get quoted for effect and none of them tell you whether the software works on your desk.

What you will not find here is a wall of investor logos or an awards shelf. The awards page says we have not won any, and then says what you get instead.

The thing we actually make: a CRM that lives on the phone in an agent’s hand, built for the way Indian real estate is sold.

What we are actually trying to do

Indian real estate runs on WhatsApp, phone calls and Excel, and the CRMs sold into it were mostly designed somewhere else for a market that emails. The result is software that gets bought in January, half-adopted by March, and quietly abandoned by June, while the real pipeline stays in one agent’s personal chat history.

SaudaFlow starts from the opposite end: the phone in the agent’s hand, the WhatsApp thread where the deal is actually negotiated, the caller ID that names the lead before you say hello, the cost sheet with floor rise and GST priced correctly. Then the desktop for the people who need to see across it.

The commercial version of the same principle is the price on the website and the absence of a signup form. We publish what it costs so nobody has to sit through a discovery call to find out, and we set every workspace up on a call because the ones that get set up by a stranger at midnight do not survive to month three.

AB Corp runs two products, not one: SaudaFlow, and Cusina — a point-of-sale system for restaurants, at cusina.tech. Separate customers, separate data, separate roadmap. It is mentioned because a company that presents one product when it has two has started the relationship with a small lie.

Sixty people is not an enterprise vendor, and there are things we do not have — certifications, case studies, awards, a partner portal. Where that is true, the relevant page on this site says so rather than filling the gap with something invented.

The best way to judge a company is to make it demonstrate something

Twenty minutes, your own projects on screen, and an honest answer about fit — including when the answer is that we are not the right tool for you.
